Processing Time

As a print-on-demand company, we take extra care in crafting your custom items. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for processing, depending on the specific product and our order volume. Our microfiber-polyester sheep (yes, they’re quite the hard workers) require a bit of time to “wool up” and personalize your order!

Please note that orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately, depending on availability.

For customers in Europe, we recommend choosing EMS during checkout. It offers reliable shipping with an estimated delivery time of 20 to 25 days. While delays are uncommon, customs or unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause slight delays.

If you're in a rush, you may opt for UPS, FedEx, or DHL, which typically provide faster delivery times. Just remember to include your VAT number (if applicable) to ensure smooth processing.
